A Booking Agency, Not a Marketplace.
Meet Celebrity is a talent-booking agency. We facilitate booking inquiries for live entertainment, corporate speakers, creator partnerships, music features, brand campaigns, and select private experiences, and coordinate each one with the talent's authorized representatives, from first inquiry through confirmation.
Setting the Right Expectations Early.
We are not:
A Fan ClubWe don't sell autographs, meet-and-greet packages, or fan experiences.
An Unofficial Celebrity RepresentativeWe don't speak for any name. We reach out to their authorized representatives on a client's behalf, we don't claim to act as their agent.
An Event-Planning CompanyWe source and coordinate talent. We don't plan venues, catering, or the broader event around them.
A Platform That Guarantees Celebrity AvailabilityNo request is confirmed until the talent's authorized representatives agree to it. We never present a name as booked unless it genuinely is.
Facilitate the Inquiry, Coordinate the Booking.
We facilitate booking inquiries and coordinate with appropriate talent representatives. When you submit a request, it goes to a person, not a database. We take what you've told us, who you have in mind, the kind of event, the date and location, and reach out to that individual's authorized representatives directly. We ask whether they're interested and whether they're available, then bring back a real answer: confirmed availability, a price, and terms, or the honest answer that it isn't possible for this date or budget. Either way, you hear it from us in plain terms, usually within a few business days.
Five Rules We Don't Bend.
Availability Must Be ConfirmedNothing is booked until the talent's authorized representatives confirm it in writing.
Talent Approval Is RequiredEvery request needs a yes from their side. We never override that.
Pricing Is Individually QuotedThere is no fixed rate card. Every quote reflects that specific request.
Contracts Are RequiredEvery booking is documented in writing before it's considered final.
Deposits Come After Terms Are ConfirmedPayment is only ever requested once availability and pricing are agreed in writing, never before.
Two CTAs, Never Blurred
Across the site, you'll see two different calls to action on talent cards. "Book Now" only appears next to a name we have documented, completed history with. "Request This Talent" appears everywhere else, meaning we have not yet confirmed that person's availability, and won't claim otherwise. We'd rather a card look less impressive than have it overpromise.
How Money Actually Moves
Once a booking is confirmed, payment is handled through standard, traceable business channels: invoice, business bank transfer, or card through our payment processor. We do not use gift cards, payment apps like Cash App or Venmo, or cryptocurrency, and we never request payment before availability and pricing have been confirmed in writing.
Primarily the United States
